After 16 years, the old website had to go!
Visitors are accustomed to sites being responsive to different screens, having dynamic menus, and advanced functionality. I was proud that I was able to hand-code websites in the past, including PHP progamming, but some of my old scripts were broken with new versions of PHP. And security standards require proper coding.
I find WordPress to be less versatile, and a bit frustrating, when it comes to positioning and formatting things. Hopefully I’ll learn as I go.
